Great question! For registering an OOO in Uzbekistan, you need to prepare your charter documents, register through the tax office (one-stop-shop system), and obtain a TIN. The whole process takes about 3-5 business days if you have all documents ready. I recommend using IT Park registration if you qualify — they offer tax benefits.

Adding to the above — make sure to also register for MyGov.uz which simplifies a lot of government interactions. Also, the minimum charter capital for an OOO is 400x base calculation unit. Check the latest rates on the tax.uz website.
